Teresa Pitt is just AWESOME in every way. We were looking to buy our very first home and was not sure of where to start. So, we prayed and asked God to send to us the right realtor to help us on this very stressful journey. After taking a homeowners class,we received information on different realtors but there was just something about Mrs. Pitt's information that stood out to us. At the time we were reading her information/bio we did not know that she was an AWESOME WOMAN OF GOD until we met her in person for the very first time. Immediately we knew after the very first meeting with her that she was the answer to our prayers. Teresa is a very knowledgeable,smart, and intelligent woman. She led and guided us through the whole home buying experience with such ease and confidence. She turned a very stressful situation into a very joyous one. Teresa always had such a beautiful smile and such a joyous spirit both in person and when we talked with her over the phone. She went above and beyond her duties and we could not have asked for anyone any better. On a scale to 1-10 she is a 100 she supersedes the scale chart. This was my first house purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed my house hunt with Teresa Pitt. She made the process easier by setting up the Collab site that showed houses according to preselected criteria, but she was aso flexible enough to receive queries from me regarding houses I found on sites such as Realtor.com. She listened to my concerns and protected me from properties she felt were unsuitable. And, because I am visually impaired, she even chauffeured me to the houses we saw. She was very engaging and fun to work with. I believe that if I'd met her in some other situation than as a realtor, we'd be friends. I would recommend her to anyone else that is looking for a realtor who is attentive, professional, and who makes the house hunting process enjoyable.

This was my first home purchase and it was by far the best experience. Mrs. Teresa did her best to keep me at ease throughout the entire process. During my process there was a moment where I was a little concerned about my loan but Mrs. Teresa was ALWAYS a step ahead of things. Even to this day, I've been living in my home for 4 months and she's been consistently checking up on me which warms my heart. You don't meet people like this often. I just sold my house with Mrs. Pitt. The process was wrought with many challenges and obstacles. However, with Mrs. Pitt's help, every obstacle was overcome and the home was successfully listed and sold. She was very knowledgeable throughout the home selling process and even doubled as a counselor helping me remain calm when potentially devastating barriers arose. I will be using her as my agent whenever I buy and sell in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone who is currently in the market to list a home or purchase one.

Superstar! We hired an agent for the selling/buying process and we got the mother of all realtors. This lady made the experience one we will never forget. From beginning to end Teresa Pitt (I will never forget that name) was very professional. My sister referred me to Teresa after purchasing her home a few years ago. I contacted Teresa via email Summer of 2016 just to inform her of my plans to purchase my first home in early 2017. The lending program that I used had many requirements however, Teresa was very knowledgeable and able to guide me through the entire process. So many last minute requests were made by the program but Teresa accommodated them all. I would recommend her to anyone in the market!
